Ordering
What size should I buy?
At Golden, we carry sizes 24–32 in most of our denim brands, and XS to XL when available from our vendors. As a small business, we often can't restock popular items once they sell out, so if you see something you love, grab it while you can! Feel free to reach out with any sizing questions — we’re always here to help you find your perfect fit!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! Please contact our office at 503.305.8643 with any requests for changes to your order. While we will try our best to accommodate these requests, we do ship orders quite quickly so we ask that you call us as soon as possible to request a change to your order.
What is your return policy?
If you're not happy with your order, feel free to send it back in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Shoot us an email at hi@itsallgolden.com and we'll email you a return label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Online returns may also be dropped off at the store itself. They will, however, be processed at our office so please allow 2-3 business days for your refund.
Any returns that do not have all original tags and are not in original, new and unworn condition will not be accepted.
*HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Purchases made starting November 15 will be accepted for returns through January 4, 2024.
*CLEARANCE ITEMS: All items purchased with a clearance discount will be credit only, unless noted as Final Sale.
*ITEMS PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT CODES: Will be eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise noted. First time user codes will be eligible for full refunds.
*FINAL SALE: Items clearly noted in a discount code, product title, or product description as ‘Final Sale’ are non-refundable.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
We charge $6.95 for shipping on any purchases under $100. Shipping is FREE for all purchases over $100. We offer first class or priority USPS shipping depending on weight. If you need items faster, we offer expedited services from USPS or FedEx that are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Processing times range from 3-5 business days. Please contact us with any inquiries regarding your shipment, shipping cost, estimated delivery times, etc. before placing your order.
Please note we are not liable for packages lost or stolen.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! However, should you place an international order and then refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, along with the cost of returning the package to Golden and a 20% restocking fee.
CUSTOMS:
Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your own country. All transactions will be in U.S. dollars.
INSURANCE:
If you would like to insure your package for the full value, you will need to purchase insurance during checkout. The shipping method will say: $15.00 Insured Flat Rate Shipping.If there is anything you would like noted on the shipping label, please leave a note on your order.
