Terms and Conditions for Golden's Summer Giveaway ($150 Gift Card)

1. Overview

By participating in  Golden's $150 Gift Card Giveaway ("Promotion"), entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Promotion is administered by Golden ("Promoter," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to legal residents of The United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Golden are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion:

• Sign up for email and SMS
  

Entry period begins on 6/14/25 and ends on 6/20/25 at 11:59 PM PST. Entries received after this period will be disqualified.

4. Prizes

The Promotion consists of the following prizes:

• One (1) winner will receive a $150 Gift Card to Golden.
  

5. Winner Selection

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on 6/20/25. The winners will be notified via email and/or phone number within 48 hours of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Restrictions

• The $150 gift card is valid for purchases only at Golden, subject to applicable terms and conditions of the gift card. It cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted by the winner or redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

7. Privacy

By entering this Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as set forth in Golden's Privacy Policy. Personal data will only be used to administer the Promotion and for purposes related to the promotion unless consent is provided for other uses.

8. Liability Release

By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Golden, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any liability, loss, or damages resulting from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prizes.

9. Publicity

By entering the Promotion, participants grant Golden the right to use their name, likeness, and/or prize information for marketing and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

10. General Terms

• The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

• Golden reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraud or misconduct.

11. Modification or Cancellation

Golden reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if it becomes necessary due to any reason beyond Golden’s control, including fraud, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Governing Law

This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The United States.
